If accepted, a contract will be offered and signed with an embossed seal. Be cautious of anything for FREE such as; Organizations offering "Free DNA-Genetic Disorder Testing Kits". Un-official individuals are acting with criminal intent to commit fraud by obtaining personal family information, they later bill medicare, insurance and ultimately send high bills to the patients. They often claim to be affiliated with other official organizations. Immune2life Corporation will not reach out to you unless you contact us. We may occasionally refer advocate services if we feel we can better serve our patients. In those cases you will receive a sealed document of referral with specific information and or request for continued services.
